Hi! My name is Scott, the owner of Twisted Fusion Dishes and Desserts LLC.
We are a fully licensed and insured food service company, that offers delicious food with a twist!
I spent the first 10 years of my adult life pushing the time card in corporate America. Wishing away the days till the weekend. It's a great gig for some, but me, I was just going through the motions.
My Dad owns a restaurant in Marshalltown so the food business has been my life as far back as I can remember. Cooking and experimenting in the kitchen is my passion.
About 18 months ago my wife, Amanda and I were in a position where I could live and develop my passion.
I started off with Scott's Made To Order Cooking, which focused on the Farmers Market scene. I spent the last winter developing a plan and how to evolve while still allowing the time I want with Amanda and our wild 3 year old, Graham! & in walks Twisted Fusion Dishes & Desserts.
We do a rotating menu, because same ol' same ol' is for the birds. I release the menu for the following week on my Facebook page. All orders are prepaid carryout, same day carryout or delivery through Doordash! Pick up location is at Kitchen Spaces, in the heart of Des Moines!
